3rd Batch Trainor's Training - REGIONAL

DIGOS - Mary Mediatrix of All Grace Parish embraced the program ever for the first time in the Diocese of Digos. The 22-day lived-in training had started on 12th of March 2012 which participated by 18 lay people coming from Archdiocese of Davao and the host diocese.

Indeed, Holy Spirit dwells in  the heart of those who truly desires for it. A successful corporate-turned-businesswoman, Sis. Gelda imparts wisdom as prophet does. So fiery that even the hardest stone melts. As she always say everytime we appreciate her way of evangelization, she would not claim the credits to herself. Rather, she'll turn the spotlight to the One who deserves it - to the Spirit (the sole giver of talent). To us, she's like the modern version of Paul. Once she leaves a room full-packed of thirsty people of God's Word, a great food for the soul that will last a lifetime is being poured into everyone's heart.

The Mentors in Action

Right before the Christian Leadership Course on Shepherding ended, a socialization will be done where the participants in their respective family or cell group is tasked to present a number wether drama, song, dance etc. Pero dili lang ang participants ang magpresent. As shown above, mentors also presented a dance number to further glorify God.

Two-term number 1 kagawad in Kasilak yet still made herself available for the 21-day Trainor's Training Program. It just shows that she has a holistic vision for the people of God.

Gialyasan sila ug "The Evangelist" tungod kay during the training and even up to now, they were so dependent with the Gospel. Halos kada kita namu sa ilaha, kung dili Bible ang dala, nag sige ug paambitay mahitungod sa gugma sa Ginoo pinaagi sa Iyang mga Pulong. Grabe. We keep on praying for continuity with the promptings of the Holy Spirit to these family-loving men from Kasilak.

During the practicum in Lasang, sila nag shepherd sa nagkalain laing buluhaton sigun sa ilang gasa; Bro. Don is assigned in physicalities, Bro. Pilo is for Liturgy, Bro. Nepoy is for Teaching and Bro. Oding is the loving cook.

Usa usab ka maayong panghitabo ang presensiya niya tungod kay tataw kaayo ang diversity sa mga participants. Tawagon nato siyang "the miner" kay kanunay niya mabanggit nga maayo untag makakubkob na siya ug bulawan aron siya na mu finance sa EV... Usahay kataw-anan but makapamalandong ka nga nakadulot gayud ang gugma sa Ginoo tungod kay nakabati man siyag responsibilidad ilabi na nga siya na mismo ang nakakita sa ka simple apan puno sa gugma nga pagtulun-an.

The tandem of these two young ladies made the Trainor's Training lively. In the photos, they were agreeing on how to animate the song "Nalipay Kog Dako". Yes they are the ones responsible for that action song and until now, kanunay gihapon natong ginagamit labi na during icebreaker. In the right is Sis. Hazel Jane "sugar" with Sis. Genevieve Cuenca in neon blue shirt.

During their practicum in the parish, Sis. Gevevieve was their headservant as she has been in the parish for quite some time now.

We can't imagine how the EV2033 would look like without the gift of Ate Elvs as most of us fondly called her. Her gift in music is very distinct in such a way that it touches the core of your heart. Lahi kaayo iyang gasa nga mag-mingaw gyud ang school kung dili niya doyugan sa iyang guitara. And she gets better and better everytime. Indeed, once the gift is shared, it flourishes as well. Go Ate Elvs...

These three ladies can never be somewhere without the other. Each has her own character which complement the other. Sis. Grace is gifted in budgeting and kitchen chores while Sis. Manilyn and Sis. Jane take turn in the secretariat department. All of them promised to consecrate themselves for the Lord.

Siya ang nanay ng lahat. Everyone looks up to her generosity. Daghan musulti nga ang generosity nag hisgut sa kwarta lamang. Apan si nanay Mely ang nagpamatuod nga naay mas labaw pa nga meaning sa "generosity". She is very compassionate and warmth in expressing her love. She is currently under the Holy Family Parish Baliok, Toril.

These two are inseparable, seating next to each other. The child is malambing and the mother is loving.     Both of them are very showy in their affection with each other. Indeed, they are blessed since all of the family members have undergone the Discipleship and Evangelization course. During the training, testimonies are immediately affirmed either by the mother or the child, kay duha man sila apil.

Truly, both of this Mr. and Mrs. have seen beyond what our eyes can see. Their way of living is so simple, both of them works in a banana company. When the trainor's training happened in GKK Birhen sa Kasilak, both of them filed a leave in the company... Sa tingin nimu sayon lang na? Dili gyud tungod kay atleast full 20 days gyud ang Trainor's Training. Pero they survived because they were so dependent with God's grace.

What a sight to behold having a family as trainors in the Evangelization Family. The Husband is usually the one who will fetch the mentors from the city to Brgy. Kasilak and vice-versa. While the Wife is outstanding in financial support. And the Son is gifted with good voice (but have no confidence) and knows how to play guitar.
